La Quinta, called the "Gem of the Desert", has grown over the past decade from a small rural "Easy Valley' town to a lively small
city of almost 45,000. The population increased almost 88% since 2000. La Quinta is one of nine cities comprising the 45 mile-long
Coachella Valley stretching from Palm Springs to the City of Coachella. Each Valley city has its own distinctive "personality."
La Quinta's natural beauty, small town feel coupled with many dining, entertainment and leisure activities, including an abundance
of scenic hiking and biking trails and shopping options, combine the best the Coachella Valley offers. La Quinta is truly a desert
